Software for on die temp reading?

Hi, currently my mobo reads cpu temps from the thermister thing, is there any kind of software or anything i could use to find out the on die temps?

Its a abit kx7-333, yeah it did but im using mbm5. Is there an option in that i need to check?

kx7-333 is insocket, u need a mobo that has on die capabilities.

I heard there is a chip you can use to give your mobo that capability, does anyone know anything about this?
