ruined chip after unlock?

i tried to unlock my processor last week. it didn't work out but i have other problems. i'm having an issue with random reboots. usually on full load. the system will just reboot out of nowhere. no hanging just blips off. this happens while running from OEM 1600 on up. never happened on 1200 while i left it there. when i run Prime 95 it says error on the first problem. also reguarless of speed. i cleaned the processor off well after the unlock so i shouldn't be shorting out. i still have some glue in the pits but nothing major.

is this the sign of a damaged processor?

That those symptoms might actually be indicative of ram problems.. maybe you should download memtest86 and test it out...
