27" Wega. Best picture hands down (Next to HD). A bit pricey (The one with the better filters and etc is like $700) - but I don't regret it for one second!

Feedback with your inputs shouldn't be a problem. It could be as simple as resoldering the connections. Eitherway, fixing anything on a tv is cheap as long as it's not the CRT or the transformer.
-If you get a decent HD TV you can use it as a bad *** monitor for your PC.
Sony uses inferior powersupplys.
All the companys share parts, most are toshiba or hitachi, that should tell you something, however I still feel samsungs is good for the $.
