Ive got a sapphire Radeon 9550 128MB 128-bit card with samsung memory.
Here is what it says on the chip:
Samsung 413
K4D261638E-TC50
What is the ns rating for the memory chips on my card?
Can I softmod it into a 9600 pro and will i see any gains?
Right now iv got it clocked to 405/510 Mhz on stock cooling and its stable. (default it 250/400). My ram doesnt seem to want ot go higher even though the chips arent all that hot i after i put quite a load on the card.
