Well for some people it may not only be a 3-5 degrees drop in temps. If your core isn't making good contact with the IHS then removing the IHS can drop temps dramatically.

But I think you mabe onto something here. I also think that if you were to write a howto you should give different options on how to remove it. Some use the freezer method, razor, dental floss, and some have even tried different chemicals to break the glue down. So maybe do a little research about this and post different methods from all the different sites. Make a one stop shopping list what a killer of a skicky that would be.
