E6420 o/cing and original Bad Axe

I have an original bad axe rev 3.04. I grabbed a 805 as I had to buy the board last July before the Cornoes were out. I'm looking to upgrade and have a few questions:

1) Does anyone know if this board will supported the 1333mhz bus CPUs coming out in Q3?

2) How high will tihs going on the FSB without being on the 'bleeding' edge?

3) How hard is it to do the pen mod to get all of the O/Cing features? Where can I get a pen?

I am hoping to get a E6420 up to say 3 ghz or so..
