Hi there, i just used cpuz to check my stuff out and my Intel Core2duo E6850 is showing as running at only 2000.2 Mhz??? Its supposed to run at 3 ghz and i am unsure how to set that in the bios. please help!

You have speedstep and C1E enabled in the BIOS. All it is doing is slowing the processor down when not in use to save power and lower temps. You can disable it if you want, but you won't notice a performance difference ;)

You can also put the cpu under a load via Prime or something else and CPU-Z will show correctly while loaded.

I leave those features enabled once I'm done playing around with the OC numbers. Keeps the CPU running cooler when just sitting around.
