Well, if sen is exchanging them at CC that could be the whole problem right there. Maybe a real RMA with eVGA would get him a tested working card. If you ask eVGA will usually even cover shipping for you, although it may depend on who you end up talking to.

thats intresting, never had a prob with evga, heck i stepped up from my 7900GT ko 512 that i had to a 8800gts 640 and the process was literally painless, it was so easy and they were there to answer any of my questions.... the hardest part of the process was like the 4 day period where i didnt have a PCIe gfx card and was forced to use a pci Matrox IS-STORM r2... 50mhz on da core baby!
