My friend wants a new PC and his budget is around 1000 to 1200. I put together a quick/cheap i7 build for him. He says he prefers intel over AMD (I originally put together an AMD build). He says he wants a custom built PC because he's tired of his dell's turning to trash in just 2-3 years. He will mainly just use his computer for streaming vids online, chat, and would like to be able to play the occasional game. Please check my components list and let me know if everything's ok (no red flags) as we would like to have this PC ordered and built by a week from today. I don't think he'll be overclocking, but maybe I can talk him into it down the line.

Looks good. Just be sure to get the guy Vista64 since he has 6GB of ram.

Yes, thank you. I had already planned on that as it's common knowledge to me, but thank you for pointing it out as if I left out 64 bit the extra RAM would be wasted. I've updated the OP and added a link to clarify.

OCZ has been having lots of problems with there DDR3 following there CS that is going down hill and there service, maybe pick another brand of ram?

I dont see any problems other than that
