intalling flash without internet

Is there a way to install flash without an internet connection?

I'm doing some benching and need internet on my bench installs, the catch, my internet is though my phone and to intall the software for my phone I need flash.

there are standalone downloads for flash install.

yeah it sucks. When I first used it on my main install I already had the phone software installed as I had roadrunner. (I'm not using Verizon's ripoff tethering, I'm using USB modem)

Well the link didn't work but I found out it was just the main program that required flash, not the actual app I needed. The down side is I was trying it 7 and 7 can't use that app, it needs to download mobile device center from windows update kinda hard without internet huh.
