Anyone else have to deal with HIS's RMA department (outsourced to LexiPacific)?
After emailing a scanned pdf I had to print and fill out (yeah no electronic RMA online) I received an RMA number and sent in my GPU. It was received by Lexipacific 31 days ago! They sent an emailing saying they had received it and wait 2-4 weeks before inquiring! (Really?)
Well that time has lapsed so I inquired, but has anyone else had to deal with this company before? I will tell you I will never buy a product from HIS after this experience.
Waiting this long for a replacement in todays age is completely unacceptable. Thankfully I have a laptop to use in the mean time, but this is out of control!
