DU Meter + Cucusoft's Net Guard.

Then every month you can make a "statement" that gives you a PDF of what program used what for the month :thup:

DU Meter is more for monitoring your monthly bandwidth usage.
I have the same issue, at least with this I know that I'm the one using up all our bandwidth :rofl:
