AMD Chipset Driver Issue

I am having a weird trouble .. I just upgrade and formate my PC to win 8.1 .. My hardware are sabertooth 990fx r2.0 , AMD Fx8530 , Sapphire R9280x .
Whenever i install AMD Chipset Driver to PC the windows don't start it keep loading on Windows Logo ..
I have tried 2 - 3 times when I just install Asus AI suit and AMD Catalyst Software system works without any issue and when install AMD Chipset Driver and restart PC it keep loading ..
I have even updated to latest BIOS .. Please guide me !!

I thought the chipset drivers were included in catalyst... but I could be wrong.

This happened when i use AMD Chipset driver from ASUS website around 900 MB file even tried old version and latest version ..

I also had some fun trying to get 8.1 to run right on the Sabertooth. You're likely better off just using the Windows SATA drivers
