Which GTX 980ti?

I know anything but the reference cards but we have EVGa, Asus, Gigabit and so on.

I am thinking this ASUS VGA STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3OC-6GD5-GAMING Mainly because of the cooler and i prefer Asus.

Any significant differences on the vendors other that cooling solutions?

My PSU would be able to handle it right? Someone recommended a 850w PSU but that hardly seems necessary when running single GPU.

Looking past the price, is it worth getting, will a new batch of super cards roll out next month? What about the new r9 3** series, are they worth it or is the 980ti still the king

980ti beats all of the r9 3 series cards and for the most part the r9 furyx.

Last I saw it was still about 10% faster than the Fury X in almost every game
