Need recommendation on budget video card for office computer

Hi guys. I'm in need of some recommendations on new/old graphics cards for my office desktop. Ideally I'd like to hook up two monitors (main monitor is 24" monitor has VGA/DVI and the other smaller 19" widescreen monitor has VGA only). Are there any graphics cards someone can recommend that are old/new? It'll be going into a Dell Vostro 260 desktop with a Intel i5 4th gen (i think) processor. The most intense operations would be streaming HD youtube or playing high-def video files for work. My budget is under $50 if possible on the used market (ebay is fine). Thanks!

Why not use the integrated GPU?

The integrated would be fine but it only has HDMI and VGA. That'd mean ordering a HDMI monitor which I think is over the $50 budget of the video card. =(

Wow I didn't know these adapters dropped in price so much. I remember them being close to $100 5-6 years ago. I will certainly go this route now. Thanks!
