Newegg Open box?

Just curious if anyone has an opinion regarding open box vid cards.

Open box just means someone used it and returned it.

You have 15 days to return something that's open box, and newegg is always good with return and such.

Saw an Asus 5870 1GB for a minute last night too... Thinking it was 370ish.
