the REAL problem will be how dinky the 6970 will look sitting beside that beast. best to get rid of it and grab TWO 6990's.
In one article i read is says its one card with a BIOS Switch like the 6970 and 50 had. One is stock clocks (830) and the other is OC (890) with the use of the Uber Switch or A.U.S.U.M. or "Antilles Unlocking Switch for Uber Mode"

Two 6990s are overkill mate. lol . Its doesnt really bother me how it will look, but how will it perform.

I just wish the 5970 will drop under the 300 mark. I can't believe it was around 500-600 and it is still 700-800 even if the 5870 dropped @ 150-170 once and can be found every where as low as 200$!
