it's also one badass cooler :p . arguably one of the best if you want to stick with air.

Well shucks. This was the one I was looking for when I was piecing together my Allendale rig but it was out of stock everywhere.

wow, alot of people will be happy. I'm allmost tempted to buy one and sell it later on while they're all sond out again hahaha.

Is this HSF worth replacing my XP-120 with?

Also, information on this product seems a bit dated. Have better solutions come out since? I think my XP-120 is getting a bit old... and I would much like to replace it with something more effecient. (even though it is great, it's huge. I have to put my RAM in slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3 because of this)

edit: blah

I decided not to budge. Although it does seem like what I want, quiet, very efficient and cool, plus I can fit my RAM sticks where I want them.. it's just not worth the price of replacing my xp120. I already forked over around 60 dollars for the XP-120 plus fan when I bought them almost a year ago, why replace that and spend another $65? (price+ship).

Although, a new computer would definitely be getting this. :)

it is better than xp-120 but you are right - if yours cools well enough for what you have, than there's probably no reason to upgrade now.

I am running an XP90 aluminum w/ a Delta tri-blade fan (3.4 D0 stepping 478 Prescott..... yeah, yeah I know). Is this worth the upgrade?

Does this use the "bolt through" the mb method of attaching to the mb? NM. It seems to bolt through, which is what I'm looking for my naked opty cooling solution.
