I am attempting to salvage files from an old computer and i am running into security issues with the user accounts. I have the drive connected as an external because the windows profiles are corrupt. Is there a quick way to login as the admin. it prompts at every folder to add my admin account to allow access to the folder
And no the computer will not boot to safe mode or any other user account. and no i don't have a windows XP disk for the computer.
Side questions. Can a create a new user account on an external hard drive. So i could just put the hard drive into the old computer.
