I updated the Bios and the 4in1 drivers on this board because I was having problems with it going into BSOD,well anyway it won't boot unless it is set to 133 and all ram settings to default,any ideas on this one guys??

If you are speaking of the second rig in your sig, I would think it is your psu.

if your ram is 2 sticks, try with just one stick in...
