With all the good reviews about the GA-8IEXP I am tempted to use it for a new system. OTOH at over $130 it's kinda up there, and it has a number of non-oc features I don't need or care for (LAN, Sound 10xUSB 2.0, RAID, etc), and that could potentially interfere with a good overclock or are useless at higher speeds.

Anyhow I saw the GA-8IE is less than $100. Can anyone confirm taht it has the same overclocking capabilities as the XP ??

Thanks

Yo

I'm looking at these boards also, my question, however is regarding memory timings. I've heard people say you can't set them in the 8I-EXP, but I've read reviews that say you can. Anybody have a definitive answer for me? Also, is there any hope of future bios releases support more memory dividers?

Right now I'm trying to decide b/t the following for my 2.26 system:

Abit IT7-MAX
Asus PB533-E
Gigabyte 8IEXP

any suggestions/comments/experiences would be extremely useful :)
