Corsair timings?

I just got a stick of the XMS300 Cas 2. What timings should I change in my chip configuration?

I currently have it at 2, 2, 2, 5.

Is this ok for this memory. I know it is Cas 2 but that is the first one in the list, what about the timings of all the others below this?

Those settings are the most aggressive for that memory and should be fine if your system is stable. Test if you haven't already.

I'm running the same memory with those setting and my system is stable. I've not yet unlocked my cpu so my fsb is only 143Mhz.
