I dont know what you mean by interchangable but you can put pc133 in pc100 systems. pc100 in pc133 systems and you can mix it. ie. 2xpc133 and 1xpc100 in a pc133 system (like I have!)
Soo... Whatever interchangable means the answer is probaly yes!
If you mix and match and leave the memory settings on auto it'll drop all the memory down to PC100 speeds. Of course if you try to force PC100 to PC133 speeds and it can't take it your system will be unstable.
My PC100 is at 147mhz and runs fine. Unfortunatly if I want to overclock further I need to use jumpers and the next jumper is for 120mhz fsb, which is 160mhz on the RAM. Its stable untill I play a heavy game like GTA3. PC133 is fine at 160mhz.
