Need a new HD that is Overclocking tolerant...

I have had this 40 gig western digital 7200rpm hd for about a year now, and now that I have entered the overclocking realm, I cant get the damn thing to run stable at anything higher than normal pci speed. Now it has started to shut down at NORMAL speeds so I know something is wrong with this pos.

I need something reliable, fast, and not to loud. Money isnt the big issue, as long as its under $130. I need to hit 1.9 with my cpu because I know I can as I have done it already, its just this HD is fux0ring me up!
