I unlocked 1 and the other one came out weird I tested each cpu my first went all the way to 12.5 but second one only 11.5 redid it same thing what could be wrong with the second hmmmm...

I thought you could only use MP's for dual processor boards... If you had MP's they wouldn't be locked. I dunno about your processors though, sounds like that one was slightly FUBAR'd to me.
