Will this heatsink, the Thermaltake A1545, fit on a P4 2.8Ghz, seeing as it is designed to cool 3.06Ghz or higher?

isn't the die the same size? im not familiar with pentium's, but i thought they were... anyways, from the looks of it, it should - looks like it has a nice big square base.
