fsb 200+ on 1/5 boards

How do people get fsb to over 200 on boards like 8K3A/+ and such when the divider is 1/5... ive never seen an HDD or many PCI cards that handle a bus over 40 mhz.

they turn off udma in bios and in windows. this helps eliminate coruption of data. mine can run at 208 fsb.
 
Without UDMA the drives will be so much slower that it doesn't justify 2% performace increase (while HDD would have 5-10 times decrease)
