FSB question......

is it posible to increase your FSB more thin what your mobo will let
for instance I have a ka-266-r mobo and it will only let me go to 146 fsb

is there a way to go higher?

You're pretty much limited to what your MoBo will go to.

u can if know how to write programs for the clockgens.
usally if u go to the manufacture of the clockgen which is in your mobo they have utilities for programming there clockgens.
and only if your clockgen supports software manipulation...(i think)...

seen a guy in one off the japan forums get his KT7A to 166 fsb with 33pci..

i saw an article at another the japanese had gotten 187 fsb on a kta.i bet they had a later version than mine
