a7n8x non-dlx + 2100+

Well, I'll be getting my first xp 2100+ today or monday, and I wanted to know the easiest way to overclock it without unlocking it. This should be possible as I don't want anything crazy... a nice 2.2ghz or so would suit me fine. What settings should I change? What should I change them too? Any answers are appreciated . The system specs will be:

chieftec dragon server chasis w/ 450w psu
asus a7n8x non-deluxe
2x 256mb corsair xms pc3200
radeon 9500 (---> 9500pro via softmod)

Also..is it necessary to update my bios for these settings? I've heard a7n8x have had troubles with saving the settings. Thanks again
