Could I solder the tygon tubing onto the barbs?

Don't have a WC setup yet. I am somewhat afraid of tubing ripping off or a leak appearing. So I was wondering if I could solder the ends of the tubing onto the barbs? If I needed to remove them, I could just unsolder it.

maybe im confused as to what you mean, but afaik when you solder it involves a lot of heat, so when you would solder the tubing on it would melt. there are different types of silicon you could use to seal it, however doing something like this would not be considered soldering.
