LPT PORT will not work on my Epox EP-8KTA3+

I have Just got my Epox EP-8KTA3+ mobo and everything works fine except my LTP port and PS2 port. I have installed all the drivers that came with the mobo but I still can't get it working..

has anyone else had a similar problem or does anyone have any idea on how to fix it.

Look around in your bios to see if they have been disabled. They should have come enabled by default, but you never know...

default tends to have the parallel set to standard but for the printers and scanners nowadays, standard will not work. The setting should be set to EPP/ECP

PS/2 mouse port may be desable in the bios. Note if you enable it, you may get some IRQ conflict at first until everything settles down.
