nForce 2 mobos with Raid?

I wnated to upgrade my system and was leaning towards the Epox 8RDA+ but then I noticed it has no Raid, I looked around and saw that none of the nForce 2 boards have Raid. If I wanted to use Raid what would I have to do, buy a PCI Raid card or what? Do the cards work fine or should I just get the Epox 8K9A2+?

Abit NF7-S has SATA RAID.

Can you connect ATA-133 devices into the SATA Raid though? Is that motherboard any good, compared to the Epox 8RDA+?

ExcaliberPC sells a SATA to ATA conversion kit to do that on an abit NF7-S.

Hmmm... I see, should I go through the trouble with all that or just buy a PCI raid card?
