Is this good cooling for this processor

I'm Using a Nexus Multi-function Panel for Temp's as the NF7 rev 1.1 Bios 16 seems to report the temps a bit low.

Heatsink=Alpha Pal 8045
Fan=Thermaltake Smartfan 2 (75CFM@4800RPM)

*All Temps are reported with fan running @ 4800RPM

Stock speed 133FSB*13.5 = 1800 Mhz 3/3 Memory divisor (266Mhz Ram Speed)

Vcore=1.65
Ambient=25C
Idle=34.5C
Load=38.5

Overclocked 144FSB*14 = 2002 Mhz 3/3 Memory Divisor (286Mhz Ram Speed

Vcore=1.85
Ambient=25C
Idle=40.5
Load=43.5

* Also the bios seems to report the vcore a bit low, and the max i can set vcore to is 1.85 i heard early bios's go up to 2.3 Vcore but i don't want to downgrade my bios, is their a hacked bios out for the nf7 yet (rev 1.1).

* Are these Good Temps?

do you think i need more vcore or more cooling to get more out of this processor?
