New Abit NF7 install problems

I just installed a new Abt NF7 sysboard and powered it up only to have no response and a RED LED light on the board almost blind me. Any suggestions on how to get my system running. CPU, FAN, and RAM is in, and CMOS reset jumper is set properly. Clueless and tech support on Memorial Day weekend is not happening with ABIT - PLEASE HELP!!!!!
