ATI resellers

i'm referring to the companies like powercolor and sapphire etc. the ones that make ATI's cards as well as ATI.

which of these companies are bad? i'm looking to get a 9700 non and do the pro conversion. i've found the powercolor one on newegg for 220 which seems to be the best price around. is this good? is powercolor good? does anyone know of a better place to buy?

Powercoolers are ok, but not the best. They aren't good at overclocking, but they work fine at stock speeds.

I hear that the Sapphire cards are great for overclocking and modding.
