Mixing brands in DUAL DDR 865PE??

I have a stick of twinmos PC2700 that does 456MHz easy... I want to buy a intel dual DDR board, can I just get another stick of PC3200 memory that performs the same as the one I have? or do both brands have to be the same? thanks.. keep in mind this is for dual not single, single would be ok..
