PSU Rail

My vcore is set to to 1.70 and it is running according to adia and Asus probe at 1.81. Adia says my 5v rail is running 4.68 and -5v is running at 4.5, 12v is running aat 12.42 and -12v is running at 12.33 and my 3.3v is running at 3.3. Dose this mean my PSU is going bad?

Forgot to say that it had been hanging up alot ( 5 times in the last 8 hours)

Sounds like it is time to upgrade that psu before you damage something. The 12V reading over is not as much of a problem as the low 5V. Voltage regulators only work one way: down.
