I am not too familiar with memory timings, so can someone help me out a little?
Basically if i mess with the timings i am overclocking the memory right?
Then what timings should i but this to, too see an improvement?
i have two 256mb chips of Kingston PC2100 DDR 2.5V

no youre not overclocking the memory by tightening the timings, but it does make it faster. try lowering all the numbers in the BIOS, like CAS from 2.5 to 2 and Ras to Cas from 3 to 2 or wahtever. if system becomes unstable, relax the timings a little

ok i will have to mess with that then.
Can you oc your memory, if so how can i do that also?

your processors are locked, so you just have to increase the fsb in bios to oc your ram.

ok so let me get this straight if i oc my processor by upping the fsb then i am ocing my ram also.

yeah, since pretty much everything in your computer is run by the bus speed. so when you are increasing your fsb you are increasing the speed of many of hte components in the system (cpu, ram, and pci/agp bus if not locked.)
