continuing beep code?

I replaced my cpu recently because I killed my other I installed a barton 2500+ a ti4200, 256 of pc2700 and an msi mobo. After I startup about 5 secs after the fans start spinning the system shuts off and I get a continuing beep code it doesn't stop, Can anyone help me please?

I think thats their memory or video, might as well try both. Wait, do you have a fan hooked up to the CPU_FAN header? Some boards will not boot if they do not detect RPM's from the CPU fan, my old KT7 had that problem before the fixed it in the BIOS.

What is the beep code? (series of short and long beeps....)

And once you have the code, it should say in your motherboard manual what it means.
