Other little heatsink

The other little heatsink next to my cpu heatsink, would it be possible at all that it may hinder my oc? I took the hs off an older A7V8X and there was so little thermal grease, in a + shape, not even that much. Maybe get a better heatsink and add some AS3, or maybe just add some AS3?

That HS is on your northbridge, inwhich re-appling a bit of as3 would do the trick, if you can find a better HS that will fit your NB, then do so, a 40mm fan will also do the trick in addition to the above.

The heatsink on an A7V8X is a bit teeny, maybe you could try and get one that is used for the A7N8x since it's a lot bigger but has the same mounting holes.
