Your ram runs at the FSB speed.
PC 2100 ram is rated to run at 133 MHZ. (DDR 266)
PC 3200 ram is rated to run at 200 MHZ. (DDR 400)
PC 3200 ram is rated to run at higher FSB speeds than PC 2100 ram, and this is why it is better for overclocking.
So if you overclock, you want to buy the ram that is rated to run above whatever FSB speed you are aiming to overclock at.
