Here's my system specs, I just need a PSU now :)

Abit NF-7 MoBo
1GB Crucial PC 3200 DDR Ram
AMD Athlon 2500+ CPU
ATI Radeon 9800 GPU
Western Digital 120GB 7200RPM Hard Drive
CD-Rom
CD-RW
Floppy Drive
4 or so 80mm case fans

I will be doing some light overclocking, but nothing major.

I fourth it, except that I can't resist adding that I get by just fine with my 300W unit. :D it's held up to what anyone would call heavy oc'ing, unless an 1100mhz overclock with a .6v core voltage increase isn't your idea of heavy. But from what I can gather, you can't expect it to work too well in the systems coming out in the near future, or even with the current P4's.

When newegg wanted 60 freakin' dollars for the 120mm 350W model I would have agreed to go with the 300W unit you have. But with the price differential as low as it currently is I would recommend going ahead and getting the 350.
