HDTV tuner card

I was looking into getting a tuner card capable of recieving HDTV signals and displaying them on my monitor in 1080i and 720p. I saw one that recieved hdtv, but converted it to 480i for the monitor. If anyone knows of any good cards, it would be most appreciative. I saw the DVICO Fusion HDTV II, and it looks decent, if anyone has that, can u let me know how it works? I understand that HDTV cards do have a larger price tag so I'm going into this with the 'money is of no concern' mindset. Thanx
