KingWin Divine Power Series 450 good for a CUV-4X motherboard?

My brother ordered me a 450 watt PSU from here. I am upgrading from a temporary 90 watt PSU. I read if you install a PSU that has alot of wattage you can burn out your motherboard and damage the rest of your components? Would it work on a Asus CUV-4X motherboard? My system specs are below.

Not true - the PSU will just give the system what it needs for power.

That Kingwin wouldn't be my first choice, but it should do fine if the Asus board is the single CPU one. It may run the dual version too, but just barely.
