need help please

hi every1 i'm trying to find a good dvd burner as a gift for my bro cuz he always runs out of hd space. i'm looking for a good burner that i can buy at work (best buy) so i'm looking at a TDK 8x dvd burner that's 200 bucks for me. i'll list my options but are there any recommended models that are fast and reliable? ty links are welcome

why dont you buy him a nice big HDD. You can get a 120gig drive for like $60-70 with a rebate.

I've got a Plextor 708A-BPS/BL and I am very happy with it. TDK and sony are good brands, but IMHO the plextor is better. Not one bad disk yet. Newegg has the oem verson for $201.
