and i already have an corsair twinx 2X256 400mhz, and 400watts power suply allied.

I dont like your cooler, but els that system looks oki. Go for it dude.

Might I suggest the Asus P4P8X mobo with dual channel memory support & the Thermalright SP94 Heatsink for optimum cooling!
