Fortron PSU 350 OEM !! Will I be OK ??

Please Answer ME !! 350 Fortron oem !!

I just ordered a psu and unfortunetly (maybe) i didnt look it up enough. I just read and seen the name fortron being praised so highly that hey i thought as long as i get a fortron i'll be ok.. then i remembered it doesnt usually work that way..to many zong-rips... anyways i got a Fortron ATX350GU 350W HiQ Brand P4/AMD Ready Power Supply - OEM
I have these to connect ..will i fry or fly !!
i have an extra 250 laying around should i go dual ?

im running a fortron 350watts for my current rig and its holding me back on my OC. but since i notice your setup, i have more equipment in my rig then yours..

You might be alright. I have a Fortron 350 in my silent rig and it works fine except for the really loud fan when under heavy load. Fortrons are known to power some pretty beafy AMD computers especially ones like yours that don't use a molex on the graphics card.
