Question about the IC7-G

About mosfets, i made a small picture for reference and my main question is if the red circles in the upper picture are correct or not. I have circled in red what i believe to be the mosfets and i just want to make sure before i put some chipsinks on them.

Also, in the lower picture i have circled some mini-mosfets? i dont know what they are but they look like mini versions of the regular mosfets, anyone know what they are called and what they do exactly?

Yes, those are the mosfets. They are flat black rectangles, with 3 metal legs on 1 side connecting to the mobo and a small metal bar running along the opposite side from the legs.

I'm not sure what the difference is, however, between the big ones and the little ones.
