Talking strictly Northwoods... there are two... the 1.6A and 1.8A. Both were originally released in early 2002. I'll have to dig around for actual month of release.
As near as I can tell from what I was able to dig up, the 2.2 and 2.0A Northwoods were released at the very end of December 2001 or very early January 2002. This was followed by the 1.6A and 1.8A a little later in January 2002.
