First attempt at OCing , so I may be wrong but here is the info:

1.8 Northwood P4 on Abit BL-7Raid board (Global Win HSF)

I have currently:
CPU settings:
115 FSB
18x multiplier
2069.93 mhz

Fixed PCI\AGP

Memory settings:
1.0Gb of 133mhz SDRAM memory (I know,I know)
Mem Freq at 3:4 (Only other setting is 1:1)
Memory set to SPD
WCPUID shows mem freq is 153.33 Mhz

This appears as high as I can go , when setting the FSB higher I cannot boot into windows or I get to windows but not stable.
I set the mem freq. to 1:1 and upped the FSB a bit and windows was stable however I started to lose my memory (first it showed 768mb of memory and then I upped the FSB a bit higher and I only read 512mb of memory) but windows was stable.

So I am figuring I got one stick of weak memory that can't keep up to the higher speeds??
